'Awakening Light' - 60x60cm - created side by side with 'Darkest Hour', and to me, it looks almost like the opposite of it because the light is dominating this piece yet you can still see the dark layer in the back, almost faded. This piece was an assertive call that we have to make sometimes to awaken the light that is within us, to boldly pick ourselves up, and keep going.
