shipping & return policy

All artworks are shipped worldwide from Portugal. Shipping will be added automatically at checkout depending on your location. Local pickup is available from Estoril, Portugal - please contact me to arrange it.

Paintings will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Large artworks can be shipped rolled in a tube for extra protection and to minimise shipping costs - this will be based on your preference after placing an order.

I’ve got you! I know that buying original art online can feel risky. Please always ask for more photos or a video to ensure you love my artwork before you buy.

I am confident that you will love my artwork in your space. But if for any reason, you wish to return the artwork, I’ll offer you a full refund, an exchange or a gift card to use at another time. This is how confident I am in my work and I want you to be happy with it.

To return art, you’ll be asked to send it in the original packaging within 14 days and cover the shipping & insurance cost. Use my contact form and I will help you to get the best outcome.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on your location. These are incurred once your order reaches its destination.

While it is the collector’s responsibility to pay any additional charges, I always check these charges beforehand and contact you to let you know about it to avoid any delays.
